Load sensing system with flow sharing, better controllability and lower fuel consumption

- Main Function Pump:

HP5V Series Swash Plate Axial Piston Pumps come with a continuous working pressure up to 320 bar. It can realize the compound control of electric proportional power, load sensitivity and pressure cut-off, which can not only ensure the safety of the entire hydraulic system, but also maximize the excavator's highest work efficiency and achieve greater digging capacity; There are several control modes are available: electric proportional displacement, pressure, torque, etc.；

- Main Control Valve:

According to the requirement of different application, the main control valve integrates the functions of stick regeneration (except HVSE 09), anti-nodding, boom lock, and straight travel, and integrated with a sliding type pressure compensator, which ensures the comfort of operation and make it more efficient and more energy-saving at the same time;

- Swing:

Compact design, mechanical brake device and auxiliary valve, etc.; two-way rotation, the mounting flange can be directly connected to the gear ring of the reducer; hydraulic oil lubrication method is adopted to reduce maintenance cost.
